  Fácil acceso, llegada al hotel y que está frente al mar. El personal muy déspota y poco serviciales. En general muy mal servicio del personal.

  Good location next to bayside. Easy to get from cruise port and to the airport Stayed for one night after cruise. Hotel is nice but lacking atmosphere. Food was overpriced and bland. Very disappointed for what it cost

  Front desk staff very helpful and polite. I booked this hotel because it was closed to Miami Beach and the photos were nice. I can tell now I wouldn't stay there again. They had no parking which in Miami is a great hassle, I know as my car was towed and damaged by the towing company. The bathroom in the room wasn't nice, even the door did not close properly. Both the main bed and the sofa bed mattresses were awful I will need a couple of weeks for my back and neck to recover. They also have loads of bums always around the premises which for girls travelling alone will be scary, some of them were bathing and sleeping right outside the hotel.

  En el restaurante y la recepción el servicio es muy bueno Un día durante la estadía simplemente no arreglaron la habitación y para que por lo menos nos diera. Un juego de toallas tuvimos que llamar más de 4 veces. Al cuarto de. Baño le hacen falta muebles para poner la toalla y la ropa. Además el sanitario no tiene tap.

  Muy bueno y todo cerca Buena ubicación y personal amable. Es verdad que el parking es adicional, pero es algo que te avisan desde un inicio. Por la ubicación y habitación, todo perfecto y genial.

  Las areas comunes, piscina y playa Es un buen hotel para pasarlo en familia, la piscina es muy agradable, la salida a la playa optima. No tiene nada que envidiarle a un hotel de lujo

  Difficulty with air conditioning I couldn't switch off the air condition. It started to work suddenly in the middle of the night, very cold and very strong ventilation but there was no way to switch it off. On top, when you stand up immediately the lights go on and you wake up the rest of people... Otherwise great location, all clean and modern.
