  Grand Hyatt - spectacular It was great to be at Grand Hyatt during Christmas period. All the staff in the hotel were so helpful and very friendly. Nice atmosphere, delicious foods…… India restaurant butter chicken was so yummy

  Everything was perfect! It's a new hotel, opened in 2020, on the Marina Walk and near to the metro. Beautiful rooms with nice view, a very good breakfast, everything was perfect!

  La atención de los recepcionistas. Hotel está muy alejado y con mucho ajetreo de gente, especialmente en fin de semana, por la marcha que ofrecen (íbamos con niños). Un sin parar de aviones, si eres de los que una mosca te despierta no lo recomiendo.

  Family holiday We had great time in this hotel. The beach and pool are very nice, just staff in the beach is little late in giving towels and refreshments. I’m the pool instead they are more efficient. Everyone in the hotel is very kind (room, restaurants, etc.). Just at the reception and at the concierge we found they can be more efficient and better informed on the activities of the hotel.

  Muy bien ubicado, muy cómodo. Muy recomendado el hotel. En Dubái todo es extramadamente caro pero este hotel vale la pena en cuanto a relación costo/beneficio.

  Not so clean for a 5 star as one would Expect The main thing for me was the cleanish was of the room, I had to ask for the room to vacuumed before it was done. Other than that, the staff were very caring and nice.
